While Yenza Inc. is incorporated as a not-for-profit organization, we do not yet have 501c3 status from the IRS and thus your donation is not tax-deductible at this point. However, we are filing for this status and the IRS says that as long as our application is successful, your donations now will be retroactively deductible when we become a 501c3 entity. Please understand that the IRS must accept our application for 501c3 status for this to happen, and that if and when we receive such status, we will email all donors to let you know that you may then deduct your donations.
